This is due to the very late announcement of a Town Council Public Meeting at the Civic Centre on 22nd November (7.30pm). Clearly it would be wrong for BRAG to go ahead with our AGM on the same day as the Public Meeting is in response to the consultation on the new local plan.

We urge all members to attend the Public Meeting as well as our AGM
